As part of this practice, Kelsey has helped litigate coverage disputes related to professional liability, builder’s risk, commercial general liability, commercial property, and cyber policies.

Throughout her time at Barnes & Thornburg, Kelsey has also gained product liability experience through drug and medical device litigation for some of the country’s leading drug and medical device manufacturers.
