In the lens of Digital Transformation, being mindful of where you spend your energy is imperative. Technology can be an incredibly powerful tool to help us work more efficiently and effectively, but on the flip side, it can be incredibly draining. Especially in the era of remote work, we need to be conscious of setting healthy boundaries and checking out so we can check back in. Things to think about are setting work hours and sticking to them. Blocking your calendar for things like focus time and lunch breaks. When taking time off, make sure you set yourself up to actually step away from work—silence your notifications and/or delete the apps from your phone. Be mindful of your mental capacity, so you don't burn yourself out.
