Nicole has been with OfficeTools for over a decade, and OfficeTools has been providing a Practice Management solution for small and mid-size accounting firms for almost 20 years. Nicole directed and managed new feature rollouts and quarterly public updates that were delivered to thousands of users. In this time, she perfected her strengths in developing a practice management solution and understanding the accounting profession’s needs. She is now the Product Manager for OfficeTools. Over the last year, she has been working directly with a core group of Software Engineers and Quality Assurance individuals to ensure the award-winning product into the future. She also travels the country to meet with accounting professionals to understand better and design practical solutions to common issues. In her off time, you can find her exploring California’s national parks with her family and enjoying a glass of chardonnay.
