Course Description

During this course, we will review common problems encountered when clients gift or devise property to family in shared arrangements, such as life estates, tenancies in common and joint tenancies.  It will also discuss other planning alternatives that practitioners should consider to minimize family conflicts arising from shared inheritance of real property.

In addition to representing private clients, Marve Ann has also represented local, regional and national charities, nonprofits, and both private and public universities in shepherding their charitable gifts.
